Platzhirsch電氣化通勤自行車首度引入3D打印之技術,為此一電動自行車系列產品之外形和功能建立了一套新的標準。對於都市配電所電氣化之部分,我們租用了創新駕駛德國MAHLE ebikemotion來一同推動電動自行車的市場。 Hirsch這個品牌正展現出不容小覷的爆發力且更不負其美名。這台擁有40納米扭矩的電氣化通勤自行車可透過三種不同的駕駛模式運行。電力站之設計將一低調不顯眼的電池融入車架下管;此外,騎乘者還可將額外的擴展器附件裝於車架下管進行延伸,作為長途旅行使用。Platzhirsch電氣化通勤自行車是藉由數位導航進行app操作。照明組件被巧妙且高雅地融入把手和車座內,於騎乘時照亮這範圍廣大的都市叢林。 歸功於3D打印技術,Platzhirsch電氣化通勤自行車以擁有出眾的鋼構設計搭配類現代碳纖車架的硬殼式結構而自豪。說到鋼鐵,創新的車體結構增加後輪懸掛的彈性程度,於舒適的騎乘中充分彌補路面不平和顛頗帶來的衝擊。同時,我們十分重視永續價值鏈之實踐,也因此我們將大部分的產品侷限在德國境內。 從每小時14公里至高達100公里的全範圍速度,Platzhirsch電氣化通勤自行車大概稱得上是市面上最輕量型的電動自行車。加上拓撲優化的鋼架,讓其他許多鋁製的電動自行車黯然失色。為打造鋼製的Platzhirsch電動自行車,我們結合了最新的科技和精密複雜的設計,並採用3D打印技術突破以往的框架結構。重新詮釋車架結構之主要目的為在其外形和功能間取得一平衡狀態,進而產生饒富美感及使用者導向的整體外觀。同時,我們十分重視永續價值鏈之實踐,也因此我們將大部分的產品侷限在德國境內。

With the Platzhirsch, we have brought the first 3D printed e-bike into series production for setting new standards in form and function. For the electrification of the urban powerhouse, we have hired the innovation driver MAHLE ebikemotion on board to really stir up the market for e-bikes. The Hirsch is bursting with power and lives up to its name. With 40 Nm of torque, it goes forward in three driving modes. The electric power station is supplied by a battery that is inconspicuously integrated into the down tube, which can be extended with an optional range extender for longer excursions. The Platzhirsch is navigated digitally via the app, while the light units tastefully integrated into the handlebar and saddle unit illuminate the urban jungle in a wide range. Thanks to 3D printing, the Platzhirsch boasts a striking design in steel, reminiscent of modern carbon frames in monocoque construction. Speaking of steel, the innovative construction structure hangs the rear wheel elastically, which compensates for bumps and unevenness to the benefit of riding comfort. At the same time, we attach great importance to a sustainable value chain, which is why we have anchored the majority of our production regionally in Germany. At just 14 kilograms and a full range of up to 100 kilometers, the Platzhirsch is probably one of the lightest e-bikes on the market and, thanks to a topology-optimized steel frame, makes many an aluminum e-bike look old. In creating the Platzhirsch e-bike made of steel we combined new technologies with sophisticated design and revolutionized frame construction using 3D printing. Essential for the reinterpretation of the frame structure was the demand for a balanced relationship between form and function, which led to an aesthetic and user-oriented overall appearance. At the same time, we attach great importance to a sustainable value chain, which is why we have anchored the majority of our production regionally in Germany.
